All About Resort Credits:

Use your resort credits to purchase spa services, excursions, golf, etc. The amount of your resort credits is based on the number of nights of your resort stay and they are per room. If you choose to use your resort credits, then you will only pay the 20% tax on your purchase. For example, if you purchase an excursion with your resort credits for $300, you pay $60 our of pocket for the excursion instead of $300. For more information about the resort credits, click here.

Getting Around:

This is the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya resort map. All guests' rooms are located in the Hacienda (family-friendly) section of the resort. However, adults are welcome to explore and enjoy the adults only Heaven section of the resort including the amazing night club!
